Transcription of card:

My dear André
I left Hella a week ago in Haute Savoie and had no word from her in exactly eight days – I wonder what happened to the child? I am very worried, André. Please write to
me at once if you have any news of her and her present address. My best wishes to George & your father. Eve
58 rue de Frances, 58
Nice (A.M.) [Alpes-Maritimes department on the southeast corner of the country, on the border with Italy]

----------
Note
Haute-Savoie is a department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of Southeastern France, bordering both Switzerland and Italy. At the time, Hella was probably hoping to be admitted into Switzerland, where her brothers and father were living.

The year is illegible on this postcard but a few weeks later [date?]  Eve writes again to André Olstein to report that she has heard from Hella.
