Using threatening abusive insulting behavior with

intent to provoke breach of peace at about hour

of 8:10 PM. def[endant] did forcibly throw dep[uty] on a bed

did place her hands on dep[uty's] heart [breast?] & attempt to

commit indecent act.

Educated Poland to 20 y[ears] of age

Came U.S. alone - to uncle. Went Wash. Irving H.S. [RESEARCH]

Afternoon of date of arrest [JNK: ????] def[endant] took dep[uty] to theatre then

to dinner then to her abt. when gave dep[uty] copy of

"Lesbian Love." autographed then went to tea room

when dep[uty] later telephoned for assistants dep[uty] saw

def[endant] write card to one of little girls in show

inviting her to her tea room any evenings.
