129 MacDougal Street.  On the fourth visit Deft. invited Policewoman
Margaret M. Leonard, 13th Division, to a show, then had dinner.
at dinner, she promised to give policewoman a copy of
Lesbian Love, that she had written, if she would accompany 
her to her room. Miss [crossed out Mrs. added?] Leonard went to Deft room, after being in the
room a few moments, she gave Miss Leonard the book then took
it back to autograph the book. Also made an attempt to commit
a indecent [act] upon the Policewoman --
