Sodomy law: Delaware, 1719

The Delaware Assembly passed a "sodomy" law reproducing the Pennsylvania law of 1718 (instituting the death penalty for the crime). This Delaware law apparently remained in effect until 1826 when the death penalty for this crime was revoked.
